Upright
Slow and mixed well. Temperance is the card of the middle path, of two things becoming one at the right pace. Nothing today needs to be all or nothing. The measured version is the one that lasts.
Reversed
Something has tipped: too much, too fast, or too all or nothing. Reversed, this card asks for a smaller dose of whatever you are overdoing, and that includes the effort itself. Half the amount, twice as often, is the shape that holds.
