How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple runs all payments. On your iPhone, open the Settings app. Tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Attraya. Tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
I paid. Why is Premium locked?
Open Attraya and tap Settings, then Subscription. Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Use the same Apple ID you paid with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple gives refunds, not us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and pick Attraya.
How do I delete my account?
Open Attraya and tap Settings, then Delete Account. This erases your account and your data. It does not cancel your subscription, so cancel that first.
