How many people believe in manifestation?
At least one in four Americans believe in manifestation. Beliefs from the same family, like karma, are even more common.

Which generation manifests the most?
Gen Z manifests the most. In the United States, almost half of Gen Z adults practiced manifestation in the past year, and the share gets smaller with each older generation.

How do people manifest day to day?
Most Americans keep their goals where they can see them. Sticky notes are the top tool: half of Americans use them to keep goals in sight.

Americans who keep pictures of their goals feel much more sure they will reach them. They are almost twice as confident as people who do not.

Which zodiac sign believes in manifesting the most?
Among Americans, Gemini is the sign most likely to believe in manifesting. Virgo comes next, then Taurus and Aquarius.
